Our client, a leading real estate developer, is searching for a Planning Manager to oversee a large-scale Mixed-Use Township Development in Georgetown, Guyana.CTC Offered for this role: 40,000$ (35-38 Lacs INR) + 10-25% bonus on base salary + office level accommodation + etc...Job SummaryThe Planning Manager will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and controlling the master project schedule and ensuring that all project activities align with planned timelines, budgets, and deliverables. The role involves coordinating across design, procurement, construction, and contracts teams to ensure smooth project execution.
