Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mobiliser located in Puducherry. The Mobiliser will be responsible for engaging with the community, identifying potential trainees, and promoting the vocational training programs offered by LabourNet. Day-to-day tasks include organizing outreach activities, maintaining relationships with local stakeholders, and providing support to trainees throughout their training and placement processes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in community engagement and outreach
• Ability to organize and conduct informational sessions and events
• Proficiency in local languages and cultural awareness
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry and reporting
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in social work or related fields is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
