Job Role: - We seek a dynamic Sales Executive to drive CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) sales.
Responsibilities include lead generation, client engagement, product demonstrations, and closing deals. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of cloud communications (RCS , SMS, WhatsApp APIs).
Exp: - 1 to 4 YOE
In this role, you'll be tasked with: -
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in enterprise communications, leveraging market research and cold outreach.
- Participate in product design and feature development.
- Client Engagement & Consultative Selling: Conduct product demonstrations tailored to client needs,emphasizing RCS, WhatsApp Business API, and SMS solutions.
- Deal Closure & Revenue Growth: Negotiate contracts, manage sales cycles, and achieve sales targets.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor offerings and industry trends to refine sales strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with technical teams to ensure seamless integration for clients.
What Role Knowledge & Skills an idealistic candidate should have?
- Proven track record in SaaS, telecom, or CPaaS sales (2+ years).
- Expertise in cloud communication APIs (e.g., WhatsApp Business API, RCS) and CPaaS platforms.
- Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals and fostering long-term client partnerships.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address client pain points and tailor solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements.
