We are seeking highly skilled regional restaurant managers  to manage the operations of our restaurant units across Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru.


Job Description :

The Regional Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including revenue generation, P&L management, restaurant management, and consumer service. You will collaborate closely with the Vice President of Operations to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, optimal financial performance, and exceptional customer experiences. This role will also manage the online revenue across all 15 Tovo outlets globally, ensuring seamless coordination with online platforms like Swiggy and Zomato.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Full Restaurant Operations Management : Oversee all daily operations of Tovo outlets in your region, ensuring efficient workflow, operational excellence, and alignment with Tovo’s brand standards.
  • Revenue Generation & P&L Oversight : Drive revenue growth and manage profit and loss (P&L) for each restaurant unit, ensuring optimal financial performance through effective cost control, budgeting, and sales strategies.
  • Online Revenue Management : Lead efforts to maximize online revenue across all 15 outlets by collaborating with delivery platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato. Implement strategies to optimize menu offerings, promotions, and customer service for online orders.
  • Team Leadership & Development : Lead and train restaurant managers and staff to ensure a high level of service, productivity, and teamwork. Foster a positive and performance-driven work environment.
  • Customer Service Excellence : Maintain high standards of customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and ensure consistent delivery of Tovo’s service promise.
  • Inventory & Supplier Management : Oversee inventory management, supplier relationships, and cost-effective sourcing of quality ingredients, ensuring minimal wastage and accurate stock control.
  • Quality Control & Compliance : Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health standards are met across the region’s outlets, adhering to local regulations and company policies.
  • Promotional Planning & Execution : Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and regional marketing campaigns that drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Data-Driven Insights : Analyze operational data, consumer feedback, and market trends to inform decision-making and continuously improve restaurant performance.
  • Cost Efficiency & Expense Control : Manage labour, food, and operational costs to ensure budget adherence and profitability while maintaining high-quality service.
  • Brand Representation : Ensure that all restaurant units reflect Tovo’s brand values and maintain a consistent look, feel, and dining experience.


Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant operations management, preferably in the QSR, F&B, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience managing revenue and P&L with a focus on profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Experience working in leading F&B, hospitality, and QSR brands is a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding of online food delivery platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato, with experience managing online sales.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing and mentoring staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet business targets.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in managing multi-location restaurant operations.
  • Strong knowledge of cost control measures and budget management.
  • Familiarity with modern trends in consumer dining preferences and digital food ordering platforms.
