Qualifications:- 8-10 years of proven experience in offline sales leadership role, preferably at a regional/national level.- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.- Extensive knowledge of the mutual funds market- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
