  • Other Professional Training, if any: Project risk, Project Charter, FMEA, RACI matrix, Project documentation, PMBOK- (Project Management Body of Knowledge), (PMP-Project Management Professional, PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environments, Scrum Master)

Role Description

A Senior Project Manager with over 10 to 15 years of experience is responsible for leading and overseeing complex projects-globally from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.


Adept and aligning projects within organizational strategy and achieving desirable outcomes in executing in Automation, Robotic industries, Process Engineering and SPM’s


Key Responsibilities:


1. Project Planning:

   - Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and timelines.

   - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

2. Team Management:

   - Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.

   - Assign tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines.

   - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

3. Risk Management:

   - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.

   - Develop and implement risk management plans.

4. Communication:

   - Coordinate with stakeholders, sponsors, and team members.

   - Provide project updates, status reports, and progress tracking.

5. Budgeting and Cost Management:

   - Establish and manage project budgets.

   - Track expenses, forecast costs, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

6. Quality Assurance:

   - Ensure projects meet quality standards and requirements.

   - Implement quality control processes and procedures.


7. Monitoring and Control:

   - Track project progress, identify and address deviations.

   - Take corrective action to ensure project stays on track.


8. Stakeholder Management:

   - Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

   - Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and negotiate agreements.

9. Process Improvement:

   - Identify opportunities for process improvements.

   - Implement changes to enhance project management practices.


Requirements:

1. 10 to 15+ years of project management experience.

2. Proven track record of delivering complex projects.

3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

5. Proficient in project management tools, techniques, and methodologies
