Position Title: Senior Interior Project Manager 

  

Overview:


The Senior Interior Project Manager will oversee and manage complex interior design projects from conception to completion. This role involves leading project teams, and coordinating with clients, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

  

 

Key deliverables  

 

Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

Design Management:

  • Oversee the design process, ensuring that all design work meets client expectations and company standards.
  • Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and materials.

Budget and Cost Control:

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates and financial reports.
  • Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures as needed.

Project Execution:

  • Supervise the execution of interior design projects, ensuring adherence to plans, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement quality control procedures to ensure that all work meets the required standards.
  • Address any defects or issues promptly to maintain project integrity.

Client Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet their vision and requirements.

Team Management:

  • Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
  • Conduct performance reviews and ensure continuous professional development of team members.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols on project sites.


   

 Key Responsibilities:   

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in interior project management, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, construction processes, and material specifications.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

  

 

 

Minimum qualifications and Experience:    

  • Proven experience in project management of 6+ years, with a track record of successful project delivery.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in interior project management, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, construction processes, and material specifications.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
