Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our BD & Strategy team. This role will support real estate strategy, business growth, and financial planning through detailed analysis, financial modeling, and market research. Ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, evaluating business opportunities, and contributing to strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct basic financial analysis to support business decisions
- Build and maintain financial models (cash flow, project returns, scenario planning)
- Support new business development, market assessments, and feasibility studies
- Assist in evaluating joint ventures, land acquisitions, and project proposals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, marketing, operations)
- Prepare business presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations for leadership
- Track real estate market trends, pricing, competition, and customer insights
Required Qualifications
• Graduate from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute
• CFA Level 1 or 2 (preferred but not mandatory)
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skill
