Hello Connections#ACL is Hiring#Job Title: Data Analyst / Business AnalystExperience: 5–7 YearsWork Mode: RemoteLocation Preference: Mumbai, Pune, BangaloreWorking Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PMJoining: Immediate (Project starts on 1st Dec 2025)Required Skills & Experience- 5–7 years of experience analyzing large and complex healthcare datasets.- Strong working knowledge of healthcare domains such as Claims, Member, Provider, and Encounter data.- Excellent command of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.- Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify issues, and provide meaningful insights.- Experience documenting data models, constraints, data stores, and mapping documents.- Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.Key Responsibilities- Analyze and interpret complex healthcare datasets, including Claims, Member, Provider, and Encounter data.- Understand business requirements and translate them into data, analytics, and reporting specifications.- Perform data store inventory, data mapping, and constraint documentation across multiple systems.- Develop SQL queries for data extraction, validation, profiling, and analysis.- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.- Support QA, UAT, and production teams with data insights, anomalies, and validation as needed.- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with healthcare data standards.Interested: Please send your resume to
