Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Store Manager
to lead our apparel store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving in-store sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day management of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Drive sales through effective customer engagement, upselling, and cross-selling of apparel products.
- Ensure the store is well-maintained, visually appealing, and adheres to brand guidelines.
Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, cash handling, and reporting.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries or complaints effectively.
- Train and develop sales associates to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and share insights with senior management.
- Implement promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives to increase footfall and sales.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Graduate in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in apparel retail sales and store operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Strong sales orientation with proven track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Good understanding of visual merchandising and retail operations.
