GAON, which was launched in late 2017 first as a themed restaurant brand, currently operates 5 cloud kitchen outlets under its flagship brand GAON and Champaran Meat Co., a sub-brand specializing in Bihari Cuisine specifically dedicated to non veg lovers. The company envisions expanding to 500crore in revenue by 2027, establishing itself as a multi-brand internet restaurant with additional offerings like Affordable Premium Biryani under it’s brand Dumara & revolutionizing the Litti by offering various infusions of Litti and positioning that as alternative to Samosa and momo’s as much healthier options under it’s brand Tirhut & GAON Mini .
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef at GAON. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, creating and implementing menus, ensuring food quality and presentation, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining food safety standards. The role requires a creative and collaborative approach to delivering authentic and innovative Indian cuisine.
