Job descriptionJob Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Dwarka Sector-8

Experience:2+

Key Responsibilities:

  • GST Filing:
  • Prepare and file GST returns in compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of GST data and address discrepancies.
  • TDS (Tax Deducted at Source):
  • Deduct and deposit TDS as per statutory requirements.
  • File TDS returns and manage compliance documentation.
  • ESI & Provident Fund (PF):
  • Handle employee-related statutory compliance like ESI and PF.
  • Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly returns.
  • Accounts Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports as needed.
  • Payment Follow-Ups:
  • Manage receivables and follow up with clients/vendors for outstanding payments.
  • Ensure timely updates in the payment tracker and maintain proper documentation.
  • Other Responsibilities:
  • Support payroll processing, invoicing, and expense management.
  • Assist in internal and external audits.
  • Keep updated with changes in financial regulations and laws.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting and compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11, ₹40,000.00 per month
