The IT Administrator will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure, with a focus on the Microsoft 365 environment (Azure Single Sign-On (SSO)/Active Directory (AD), Intune, SharePoint/Loop, etc). You will be driving the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of these technologies to ensure a secure, efficient, and collaborative digital :


- Administer and configure Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.


- Monitor and manage user licenses, permissions, and security settings within the Microsoft 365 environment.


- Keeping email security measures updated against anti-phishing, anti-malware solutions, etc.


- Design, implement, and manage on-premises Active Directory and Azure Active Directory to facilitate seamless single sign-on experiences for the team.


- Troubleshoot and resolve authentication and authorization issues related to Azure AD.


- Develop, deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint protection.


- Collaborate with end-users to provide support and troubleshoot device-related issues.


- Collaborate with the security team to conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with industry standards.


- Implement and manage data loss prevention (DLP) policies and encryption measures.


- Oversee company-wide access management, including activation, deactivation, and periodic reviews.


- Coordinate with vendors for device management and outsourcing, ensuring EOL compliance and timely upgrades.


- Maintain comprehensive IT asset inventory, access dictionary, and establish SOPs for efficient resolution of IT/access issues.


Requirements :


- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.


- 2+ years of experience as an IT Administrator focusing on Microsoft 365 Azure, Intune, and SharePoint.


- Expert in Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.


- Strong understanding of IT implementation, configuration, maintenance, security, and compliance.


- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for seamless coordination within the team.


- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
