Location - Chennai, Guragon and Hyderabad Qualification: B.Tech M.Tech ( Electronics or Computer science ), Pharma/chemical/biotech Salary - Good Hike on Current Salary. (we need experinced candidate in Patent/IPR Sector) Desired Skills 1-Filing and Prosecuting Patent Application. 2-Drafting Patent Specifications. 3-Answering queries from IP India Office on various aspects of Indian Patent law and practice. 4-Preparing and Filing Response in the Patent Office. 5-Attending Hearing at the Patent Office. Drafting and Filing Pre and Post Grant Oppositions. 6-Drafting of Review Petitions. 7-Drafting Appeal for Intellectual Property Appellate Board. 8-Filing and Prosecuting Design Applications. 9-File Management, Email monitoring, Prior art searches, Patent watch PCT Filing. 10-Excellent knowledge of IP laws of various countries, various patent databases.
