Job Title: Guidewire Rating and Policy Configuration Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Guidewire Rating and Policy Configuration

Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in configuring and

implementing Guidewire PolicyCenter, with a strong focus on rating engine development and

customization.

Key Responsibilities:

 Configure and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter, with a focus on rating and policy

modules.

 Design, implement, and maintain Guidewire rating models, including rate tables, rate

books, and rate routines.

 Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate

them into technical specifications.

 Participate in system design, development, testing, and deployment activities.

 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to policy configuration and rating logic.

 Ensure alignment with coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices.

 Work closely with QA teams to validate functionality and performance.

Mandatory Skills:

 5+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and

rating development.

 Proficiency in Gosu programming language.

 Strong understanding of insurance policy lifecycle and rating structures.

 Experience with rate books, rate routines, and rate table configuration.

 Familiarity with Guidewire Product Model and Data Model.

Nice to Have Skills:

 Experience with external rating engine integrations.

 Exposure to Guidewire DevConnect APIs or integration with third-party systems.

 Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education & Certification:

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

 Guidewire PolicyCenter Certification is a plus.
