We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and talented AI Engineers with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our forward-thinking team. The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and software development principles, coupled with a keen interest in the cutting-edge field of AI and LLMs.

This position is designed for individuals with 2 to 4 years of experience in AI or a related field, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative solutions while growing professionally in the rapidly evolving Gen-AI landscape. Responsibilities Assist in the development and enhancement of LLM enabled Enterprise Use cases, aiming for improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Participate in research initiatives to explore novel approaches in training, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs effectively. Contribute to the analysis of complex datasets to enhance performance, focusing on challenges in natural language understanding and generation. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and LLMs through continuous learning, including engaging with academic literature Developing monitoring and logging solutions to track the performance and health of deployed models Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Data Science or related field. 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in machine learning and NLP, with exposure to LLMs. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with experience with frameworks for AI/ML Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a creative approach to tackling technical challenges

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
