We are offering you roles in which you will be fundamentally impacting the success of the Design and code efficient, scalable systems that can accept feedback from multiple hundred thousand employees and generate insights

2. Design efficient and scalable systems to process complex data pipeline for our search engine indexing

3. Experiment with different Machine learning deployment technologies to improve latency

4. Design test cases for complex data pipelines

5. Experiment with data to come up with unique insights and that can benefit our clients

6. Identify libraries and technologies worth experimentation

7. Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring more value to our clients

8. Investigate performance issues / scalability bottlenecks, existing queries and/or write new queries with performance optimization in mind

9. Develop RESTful APIs that can be used by other backend services

10. Debug and fix production level bugs as and when they crop up

Requirements:-

1. 7+ years of experience in architecture and developing high performance web applications

2. Experience with systems ingesting / processing high amounts of data is a plus

3. In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)

4. Should have done Btech/BE from Tier-1 college.

5. Working knowledge of RESTful API paradigms

6. Experience in Django

7. Experienced in microservices architecture

8. Solid engineering principles and a clear understanding of data structures and algorithm

9. Experience with Python Fast API web server

10. Experience with Kubernetes deployments

11. Passion for products, empathy for users, and aspiration to make a big impact

12. Experience with deploying ML/Deep Learning solutions would be plus

13. Experience with NLP would be great. Experience with SQL and NoSQL database
