Role in brief


  • Responsible for compliances (direct & indirect) for OYO international business, we have presence across South East Asia, Middle East, Europe, LATAM and Americas.
  • Handling Tax Litigation in overseas countries
  • Tax planning for all inter & intra group transactions
  • Targets to meet ETR for both direct & indirect taxes.
  • Cross country Treaty analysis and PE exposure
