Role & responsibilities

  • The candidate would be responsible for efficiently handling daily queries related to the policy benefits and claim process reported through calls and e-mails.
  • Primarily required to be placed at Clients site.
  • Managing HR and employees queries that will be routed through calls and E-Mails
  • Dealing internally and externally (TPA and Insurance Company) with multiple stakeholders for timely resolution of queries
  • Handling employees queries timely and efficaciously

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in Insurance domain
  • Good written and verbal communication skill
  • Good excel knowledge
  • Good Interpersonal skill
