Responsibilities ●Posting & Processing monthly invoices●Making sure invoice approvals from vendor owners are done in timely manner●Resolving open/ disputed items with vendors/ vendor owners●Marking bills as paid and creating vendor credits●Month end Schedules preparation - Prepaid, accrual, depreciation, intercompany●P&L and Balance sheet account reconciliation●Posting bank entries on accounting software●Preparation of checks as and when required●Working on AP aging report●Help in the audit process Basic Qualifications ●Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred●Experience range – 3-5 years ●Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software●Experience in NetSuite & Coupa.●Must have ERP AP system experience●Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills
