This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a strong ability to manage critical stakeholders both internal and external, and the capacity to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization and its partners and customers.Key Tasks and Accountability:Strategic Initiatives and Planning:- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop, communicate, and implement strategic initiatives and organizational goals.- Oversee special and strategic initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives.Operational Oversight:- Oversee organizational strategic initiatives by identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.- Aware of cross-functional collaboration and initiatives that require input and coordination across different departments.Communication and Coordination:- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO/Executive for identified stakeholders- Coordinate communications, including preparing presentations, speeches, and reports for executive-level meetings and external engagements.Executive Support:- Provide direct support to the CEO/Executive, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and communications.- Prepare agendas, briefings, and materials for executive meetings.Risk Management and Compliance:- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and potential risks to the organization.- Oversee compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Educational & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.- Relevant experience in supporting strategic/executive leadership, preferably as a Strategy Specialist or equivalent.- Proven track record of working closely with founders or CXOs in high-growth or startup environments.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination experience.- Advanced proficiency in business communication, data analysis, and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Notion, or BI dashboards).Personal Attributes:- Integrity, discretion, and maturity in handling confidential matters.- Agile and adaptable, with a proactive problem-solving approach.- Energetic self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and rapid growth environments.- Continuous learner with curiosity and ambition to contribute at the leadership level.What You Will Do- Partner with the CEO-Founder to identify, prioritize, and execute key strategic initiatives that align with company goals.- Translate high-level vision into actionable plans, frameworks, and measurable outcomes.- Coordinate cross-functional projects requiring collaboration between product, tech, operations, and business teams.- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, both internal and external.- Synthesize complex business information into concise insights, reports, and board presentations.- Track business performance and provide analytical inputs for decision-making.- Manage sensitive and high-priority projects, ensuring confidentiality and precision.What You Will Bring- Strategic and analytical mindset — ability to connect data, insights, and execution.- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with executive presence.- Strong organizational capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.- High level of initiative, ownership, and discretion.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led and constantly evolving environment.- Collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on delivering outcomes.- Startup DNA → bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, love for fast iteration, and flexible and growth mindset.Why Join Us- Shape a first-of-its-kind AI + clean energy platform.- Work with a small, mission-driven team obsessed with impact.- An aggressive growth path.- A chance to leave your mark at the intersection of AI, design, and sustainability.
