Position: Plant Finance & Accounts HeadDesignation: Deputy Manager - Senior ManagerFunction: Finance & AccountsPlace: Jagiroad, AssamCredentials: Chartered AccountantResponsibilities:- Overall responsibility for smooth running of day-to-day F&A activities at Unit level for uninterrupted business operations- Analyse MIS related to Variable cost, Fixed Cost and Capex to highlight business points to improve unit profitability- Ensuring effective budgetary control mechanism on department-wise costs at Unit level- Responsible for proper implementation of strategic plans at Unit level in line with evolving financial strategies devised the by management- Responsible for general books of accounts for the Unit, including treasury and taxation related activities- Responsible for timely closure of books of accounts as per defined timelines- Responsible for strict adherence to F&A policies, procedures and SOP’s at Unit level, and ensuring proper documentation for any kind of deviations- Responsible for smooth and effective conduct of periodic audits (Internal / External / Statutory) and ensure timely resolutions of any observation shared by Audit Teams- Responsible for accurate and timely circulation of all MIS Reports (Critical, Regular & Ad -Hoc) for Unit as per business requirement- Provide timely and necessary support to RO & HO Teams for any financial data & other requirements for the Unit, including reporting of monthly / quarterly / annual unit financials- Study & Analyze Unit level production, operation and expenditure data, and share insight-focused outputs to help the management devise strategies for necessary control measures- Ensure smooth coordination with other departments at the Plant, and address any F&A related support / input / issues- Asset monitoring at Unit level, including Capex ROI Computations, WBS Creation etc.- Review and monitor performance of team members and provide requisite developmental support/ inputs
