Position Title: Marketing Manager

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Director

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong foundation in both traditional marketing principles and cutting-edge digital marketing strategies, complemented by a solid finance background.This role requires a strategic leader capable of developing and executing integrated marketing plans, managing budgets and campaigns for optimal ROI, and leveraging data to achieve business objectives.The ideal candidate will drive both brand awareness and measurable financial success through effective digital and traditional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and Execution of marketing strategies.
  • Gathering and analyzing information to identify new market opportunities and customers, demand for products and effectiveness of existing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Conducting market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products.
  • Conducting budget planning for marketing campaign and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.
  • Updating knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifying needs for new products and services and making recommendations to leadership.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize digital advertising campaigns.
  • Manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Oversee the management of paid campaigns.
  • Plan and integrate ATL and BTL to build brand awareness and drive customer conversions effectively.
  • Developing and executing performance marketing strategies to increase lead generation, customer acquisition, and campaign ROI through data-driven analysis and optimization.
  • Analyze local competition, market trends, and client needs to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales and digital marketing teams.

Qulifications and Experience

  • MBA in marketing or finance from reputed institute or having 3 years of experience in sales with graduation.
  • 2+ years of experience as a marketing manager in finance sector.
  • Proven track record of drawing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices used in online marketing.
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Should be quick in identifing opportunities.
  • Must be a task master.
  • Must be excelent in planning strategy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
