Role Description

This is a 9Hour -time role for an Administrative Assistant located in Chennai. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, including managing phone calls, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records. The role also involves performing clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will assist executive staff with administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Possess skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills.
  • Experience in Clerical Skills such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with office software and equipment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is beneficial.
