Responsibilities: Identify and develop various channels to enhance sales anddistribution. Plan and execute marketing andpromotion activities. Achieve monthly andannual sales targets through effective strategies andinitiatives. Plan and execute marketingstrategies in alignment with organizationalobjectives. Implement market communicationactivities as per the marketing plan.Communicate the value proposition of the organization to potentialcustomers. Research clients and markets toidentify opportunities for sales growth.Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide suitablesolutions. Design relevant events in marketsand execute sales campaigns to maximizeoutreach. Plan product placement in keyoutlets to enhance visibility and sales.Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure effective supplychain management. Train delivery personnelto expand their network and generate leads.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performancemetrics.
Qualifications: 57 years of experience in sales. Background of FMCG or handlingSales in a similar product domain ispreferred. Energetic and enthusiasticcandidate with a passion for sales. Provenability in team management and leadership.Excellent communication skills Proficiencyin MS Office and email communication.Understanding of accounts and budgeting principles for effectivesales planning andexecution.
