The Yarn Bazaar is a Managed (full stack) B2B Marketplace solving the problem of broken supply chain & working capital constraints in textiles (Yarn) - a huge, yet highly fragmented market that we are looking to disrupt.
Founded in July 2019, Pratik Gadia conceptualised the idea of The Yarn Bazaar while working for his family business in Textile Manufacturing having personally experienced multiple constraints due to a severely broken supply chain. Since July 2019, we are proud to have already completed 100% advance payment transactions worth over ₹400 crores, with no credit, working capital, financing, or inventory. The Yarn Bazaar was featured on Shark Tank India where we raised funding from 4 of the esteemed sharks. You can see our Shark Tank pitch here. Recently, The Yarn Bazaar also raised Rs 150 million in the pre-Series A round to expand operations, increase market reach, and strengthen the technological infrastructure.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING
We are seeking a passionate and innovative Growth Catalyst to join our dynamic team. As a Growth Catalyst, you will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and scaling strategies to drive business growth and innovation in the Yarn Industry.
Responsibilities:*
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, market research, and user feedback.
- Develop and execute growth strategies across various channels, including but not limited to digital marketing, partnerships, and product optimization.
- Optimize conversion funnels to maximize user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Conduct A/B tests and analyze results to iterate and improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to drive growth initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on growth metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.
Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
-Must Have built their Own Business, had their Own Start-Up
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Experience with conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
