Job Description About this Role We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer to design, develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks for web, API, and backend processes. This role demands strong programming capabilities, a deep understanding of CI/CD tools, and a collaborative mindset to support agile delivery and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about clean coding practices, scalable test execution, and delivering high-quality software solutions. What you will do Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Core Java, Selenium, Rest Assured, Cucumber, and other relevant libraries.Automate test cases for APIs, web applications, and backend processes.Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones and regression suites.Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.Execute parallel and distributed test runs, and manage test logging and reporting.Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.Continuously update and enhance framework functions as needed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and propose effective solutions. Who you are Proficient in Core Java and testing frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.Experienced with version control systems like Git and platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.Skilled in build management using Maven.Familiar with CI servers and automation tools including Jenkins and GitHub Actions.Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.Knowledgeable in parallel and distributed test execution strategies.Committed to clean coding practices and design pattern usage.Possess a programmer’s mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.
