Job Title : ERP Sales Manager (East & North-East Region)

Employment Type : Full Time

Location : Kolkata, West Bengal

Experience : 4 to 6 years in ERP Sales specially in East and North-East Region


Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ERP Sales Manager to oversee sales activities in the East & North-East regions for our ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise resource planning (ERP) software sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the East & North-East regions.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients in various industries, including manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT managers, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to meet clients' business requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, implementation, and support.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, initial demonstrations, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful ERP software sales, preferably in the East & North-East regions.
  • Strong understanding of ERP concepts, modules, and functionalities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned regions as needed.
