We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research on Varthana’s customer base, grants, policy and advocacy around the affordable private schools segment. As an Associate Program Manager, you will play a critical role in improving existing programs and introducing new programs to better understand Varthana’s customers in the Indian affordable private school segment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in-depth research specifically focused on the affordable private school segment to gain a deep understanding of Varthana’s customers and the sector. Gather feedback through research, surveys, interviews, and focus groups. Analyze data and generate actionable insights to drive program improvements.
2. Conduct policy research in the affordable private school segment. Stay updated on policy changes, regulatory requirements, and educational trends affecting affordable private schools in India. Advocate for policies that support the growth and sustainability of such schools.
3. Create reports based on research findings, policy analysis, and program evaluations. Publish reports to share insights and recommendations with internal teams, partners, stakeholders, and the broader education community.
4. Research available grants and funding opportunities in the education sector, specifically targeting Indian affordable private schools. Stay updated on grant application processes, eligibility criteria, and deadlines.
5. Contribute to the company's business growth by identifying new avenues for revenue generation and expansion within the Indian affordable private school segment. Assist in developing marketing strategies and support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
6. Adopt a structured approach to identify the challenges customers in the Indian affordable private school segment are facing and explore how Varthana can support them.
Candidate’s Profile:
Master's or Bachelor's degree with at least 4-6 years of relevant experience.
Excellent research and analytical abilities to gather and interpret data, with a specific focus on the affordable private school segment.
High attention to detail with a proven ability to prepare and present reports.
Experience in identifying and pursuing collaboration opportunities within the Indian education sector.
Business acumen and the ability to contribute to organizational growth initiatives within the segment.
Exceptional project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with partners and stakeholders within the education sector.
