You’ll lead our paid acquisition strategy across Google, Meta, Taboola, Bing, and other digital channels—and own campaign setup, optimization, attribution, and reporting from end to end.You’ve already run multi-channel paid campaigns, managed budgets, hit CAC targets, and worked cross-functionally with design, ops, and product teams. Now you’re ready to apply that expertise in a high-ownership role at a mission-led startup.What You’ll DoPlan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across:Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)Meta Ads (FB/IG)Taboola , Bing , and other CPL-focused channelsBuild and manage performance dashboards to track CAC, CVR, CPL, ROASStructure and run A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, copy, landing pages, bidding strategiesCollaborate with product/design to build effective ad flows and audience targetingWork closely with CRM and ops to ensure funnel consistency from lead → loan sanctionedMonitor budgets, pacing, attribution windows, and cross-platform performanceReport weekly on performance trends, insights, and optimization actionsStay ahead of platform policy updates (especially financial services ad restrictions)You Should Have5–7 years of performance marketing experience across Google and MetaDemonstrated ability to manage monthly budgets > ₹3–5L with performance targetsComfort with attribution tools (GA4, UTMs, first-touch/multi-touch models)Strong analytical and spreadsheet/reporting skillsExperience working with financial services or edtech platforms a big plusStrong bias for ownership, iteration, and data-driven decision-makingBonus Points If You’veExperience in regulated industries (fintech, insurance, education loans)Built paid + organic flywheels (Quora, Reddit, SEO-led content)Used BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Data Studio) to slice performance cohortsFamiliarity with CRO, pixel tracking, and landing page testingWorked at a startup where you wore both execution and strategy hatsWhy LorienWork at the frontier of AI, finance, and education mobilityBacked by global institutions solving real student access problemsHigh-ownership role with direct impact on business-critical acquisition funnelsA small, mission-driven team with clarity of purpose and speed of executionA chance to scale something that genuinely changes lives
