About the role :

We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Program Manager - PMP Certified to join our team on a contractual basis. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.

Role Title : Technical Program Manager

Location : Trivandrum / Chandigarh

Experience : 10+ Years

Educational Qualification : Bachelor / Master's degree in CS/ME/IT

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Act as a point of contact for technical issues, facilitating resolution and escalation when necessary.

- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.

- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.

You are close if you have :

- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a technical environment.

- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

- Experience in Node.js and React.js development.

- Good understanding of the OOPs concept.

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.

- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
