These cover the entire spectrum of the 5G Services, Edge computing services, and subsystems to the connectivity, cloud platform and infrastructure elements.We are seeking a program Transition Manager with 6 to 8 years of experience who can contribute to the success & advancement of our projects through their leadership & expertise.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESEngage with internal and external stakeholders to understand the program requirements and expectations during transition phasesThe Program Transition Manager is responsible for overseeing and facilitating the successful transition of large programs and projects within the organizationEnsures smooth and efficient handovers, maintains program integrity, and meets stakeholder expectationsDevelop detailed transition plans, ensuring all aspects of the program are covered and timelines are metIdentify potential risks associated with the transition and develop mitigation strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions, avoiding disruption to ongoing operationsCreate and maintain comprehensive transition documentation, including transition strategies, processes, and checklistsOversee the training of teams involved in the transition, ensuring they understand new processes and toolsTrack transition progress, report any issues or delays to stakeholders, and adjust plans as necessaryAnalyze transition processes post-completion to identify areas for improvement and operational optimization, ensuring smoother future transitionsMonitor and manage transition-related expenses to ensure they remain within budgetary constraintsMonitor and identify program execution optimization parameters and implementation to margin optimizations.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSBachelor/Master of Engineering, MCA, with overall experience of 12–15 yearsMinimum of 6–8 years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on large programs transitions or transformations.KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORSAdherence to Project BudgetActual vs. planned consumption of financial and personnel resource Training EffectivenessPreparations and Signoff od Training plan.
