We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant to support our daily business operations and ensure seamless coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and multitasking skills, a process-oriented mindset, and a keen eye for operational efficiency. This role plays a vital part in maintaining structured workflows, supporting management decisions, and ensuring smooth execution of both internal and client-related activities. Key Responsibilities:- Support the Operations Head in daily workflow, task tracking, and internal coordination. Maintain and update operational reports, timesheets, and project documentation. Coordinate communication between internal departments, vendors, and client-facing teams. Assist in onboarding, compliance, and documentation of new employees. Monitor employee schedules, attendance, and client deployment tracking. Handle data entry, reporting, and management of operational dashboards. Identify and resolve administrative or process-related bottlenecks proactively. Support management in preparing weekly and monthly performance summaries. Ensure operational compliance with company policies and client requirements. Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, automation, and team productivity. Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support (preferably in IT or staffing industry). Excellent communication and documentation skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and task management tools. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly. Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
