We are looking for a Customer Support Intern to join our team and assist in managing day-to-day support operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn how a SaaS product functions behind the scenes while working closely with our product and customer success teams. Responsibilities - Handle day-to-day customer support operations. - Manage and track customer support tickets efficiently. - Respond to customer queries and issues related to the Emitrr platform. - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve product-related concerns. - Assist in documenting FAQs, known issues, and internal processes. - Contribute to improving the customer experience by identifying common issues and suggesting solutions. Requirements - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Basic understanding of SaaS products or a keen interest in learning about them. - Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. - A proactive and customer-centric approach to handling issues. - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
