We're looking for an enthusiastic Operations Intern to join our growing team and support the backend processes that bring every trip to life.
Role Overview:
As an Operations Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a travel business. You'll assist with itinerary coordination, vendor communications, customer support logistics, and process improvements to ensure our clients enjoy a flawless travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with travel booking confirmations, itinerary updates, and vendor coordination
- Maintain and organize travel documentation and client records
- Support customer queries and post-booking assistance
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
- Contribute to improving workflows and identifying efficiency opportunities
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
- A passion for travel and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment
