We are looking for a Ping Identity Lead for a leading Cyber Security Platform.

Point of contact between customer and the team.
- Responsible for Customer interactions, solutions delivery ,client management , delivery management ,People management , team leading activities.
- Managing consultant/Sr consultant developers within this project.
- Reporting to Project manager /VP/SVP's.
- You will be leading & providing Ping identity related solutions to the client and resolving conflicts.
- Providing engineering support for client's application teams using PING.
- You will be Involved in Development, Designing, Testing and Troubleshooting Applications onboarding and access issues.
Requirements :
- Graduate / Post Graduate in IT.
- Min 8 years of experience with Ping Identity Support.
- Must have migration and upgrade experience in Ping.
- Must have expertise : PingOne/ Ping federate/ Ping directory /Ping access.
- Good to have experience : SSO, IAM.
- Candidate must be open to work onsite in US Shifts (5 Days workingMon-Fri).
Key Responsibilities :
Point of Contact : Serve as the primary liaison between the customer and the internal team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs.
Customer Interactions : Maintain regular interactions with customers to understand their requirements, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Solutions Delivery : Develop and deliver Ping Identity-related solutions, ensuring they meet client specifications and are implemented effectively.
Client Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their requirements are met.
Delivery Management : Oversee the delivery of solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
People Management : Manage and mentor a team of consultants and senior consultants, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Team Leadership : Lead team activities, providing guidance and support to ensure team members are performing effectively.
Reporting : Report project progress, issues, and successes to Project Manager, VP, and SVP as required.
Technical Responsibilities :
Ping Identity Solutions : Lead the implementation and support of Ping Identity solutions for clients, addressing and resolving any conflicts that arise.
Engineering Support : Provide technical support for client application teams using Ping, ensuring they have the resources and assistance they need.
Development and Design : Participate in the development, designing, and testing of applications related to Ping Identity, ensuring they meet client needs and industry standards.
Troubleshooting : Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications onboarding and access, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
Required Skills :
Customer Interaction : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience managing client relationships and interactions.
Solution Delivery : Proven ability to deliver technical solutions that meet client requirements.
Client Management : Experience in managing client expectations and addressing their needs effectively.
Delivery Management : Ability to oversee and manage the delivery of technical solutions, ensuring they are on time and within scope.
People Management : Experience managing and mentoring a team of technical consultants.
Team Leadership : Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and support a team effectively.
Ping Identity Solutions : Expertise in Ping Identity, including implementation, support, and conflict resolution.
Technical Support : Strong background in providing technical support for applications and resolving onboarding and access issues.
Development and Troubleshooting : Experience in the development, design, testing, and troubleshooting of technical applications.
