We are seeking a Ping Identity Lead for a top Cyber Security Platform

Job Profile:
  • Act as the main link between customers and the team
  • Handle customer interactions, solutions delivery, client and delivery management, people management, and team leadership activities
  • Supervise consultant/Sr consultant developers in the project
  • Report to Project manager/VP/SVP's
  • Provide Ping identity solutions to clients and resolve conflicts
  • Offer engineering support for client's application teams using PING
  • Participate in Development, Designing, Testing, and Troubleshooting of Applications for onboarding and access issues
Requirements:
  • Graduate/Post Graduate in IT
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Ping Identity Support
  • Migration and upgrade experience in Ping
  • Expertise in PingOne/Ping Federate/Ping Directory/Ping Access
  • Experience in SSO and IAM is a plus
  • Open to working onsite during US Shifts (5 Days working Mon-Fri)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main liaison between customers and the internal team for clear communication and understanding of client needs
  • Maintain regular interactions with customers to understand requirements and ensure satisfaction
  • Develop and deliver Ping Identity-related solutions meeting client specifications
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring requirements are met
  • Oversee solution delivery to ensure timely and high-quality completion
  • Manage and mentor a team, providing guidance and support for effective performance
  • Lead team activities and report project progress to management
Technical Responsibilities:
  • Lead implementation and support of Ping Identity solutions for clients
  • Provide technical support for client application teams using Ping
  • Participate in development, design, and testing of Ping Identity-related applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications onboarding and access
Required Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing client relationships
  • Proven ability to deliver technical solutions meeting client requirements
  • Experience in managing client expectations effectively
  • Ability to oversee delivery of technical solutions on time and within scope
  • Experience in managing and mentoring technical teams
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and support a team effectively
  • Expertise in Ping Identity implementation, support, and conflict resolution
  • Background in providing technical support for applications and issue resolution
  • Experience in development, design, testing, and troubleshooting of technical applications
