The onsite resources should be Advanced/Expertlevel.Offsite Program managers will report toOnsite Program Manager(s) and can be Medium level of experience.Offsite resources should be located in Mexico to ensure NA timezone aligned support.Onsite Program Managersshould document and establish (as needed) PEDS Program Managementbest practices and training requirements to ensure offsite ProgramManagers are properly trained and meetingexpectations.
Activities inscope
Manages allaspects of the assigned program to assure cost timing quality andperformance achievementCoordinates crossfunctional Family team involved in program targetsachievementResponsible to ensures programbudget achievement identifying all possible efficiencies vs.approved business caseEnsures procedures bestpractices and methodologies application according to requiredstandards and leads program documentation creation monitoring andupdating in line with Global Powertrain (Propulsion Systems)Development ProcessResponsible to ensureproduct readiness to support approved launches while definingappropriate timing milestones for the given project and leading thechange review meetingsReports programs statusrisk management and issueresolution.Identifies program requirements andassembles crossfunctional department information/data to takedecisions in theappropriate forum to meetprogram objectives.Supports the technicalreviews/evaluations in respect to programtargets/milestones.Leads the responses toinvestigate/action bulletins related to product/processchanges.Coordination and implementation ofValue Optimization and Quality improvementactivitiesManages Product lifecycle includingsupport of Supply Chain and Logistics issues to guaranteeproduction continuity JobDescription:PEDS Team requiresbetween 912 program managers to support new and ongoingprogramsSupport shall be a mix of onsite andoffsite Program ManagersOnsite ProgramManagers will be lead interface to Program Chief Engineers andFamily Managers.
