- PEDSTeam requires between 912 program managers to support new andongoing programs
- Support shall be a mix ofonsite and offsite Program Managers
- OnsiteProgram Managers will be lead interface to Program Chief Engineersand Family Managers. The onsite resources should be Advanced/Expertlevel.
- Offsite Program managers will report toOnsite Program Manager(s) and can be Medium level of experience.Offsite resources should be located in Mexico to ensure NA timezone aligned support.
- Onsite Program Managersshould document and establish (as needed) PEDS Program Managementbest practices and training requirements to ensure offsite ProgramManagers are properly trained and meetingexpectations.
Activities inscope
- Manages allaspects of the assigned program to assure cost timing quality andperformance achievement
- Coordinates crossfunctional Family team involved in program targetsachievement
- Responsible to ensures programbudget achievement identifying all possible efficiencies vs.approved business case
- Ensures procedures bestpractices and methodologies application according to requiredstandards and leads program documentation creation monitoring andupdating in line with Global Powertrain (Propulsion Systems)Development Process
- Responsible to ensureproduct readiness to support approved launches while definingappropriate timing milestones for the given project and leading thechange review meetings
- Reports programs statusrisk management and issueresolution.
- Identifies program requirements andassembles crossfunctional department information/data to takedecisions in the
- appropriate forum to meetprogram objectives.
- Supports the technicalreviews/evaluations in respect to programtargets/milestones.
- Leads the responses toinvestigate/action bulletins related to product/processchanges.
- Coordination and implementation ofValue Optimization and Quality improvementactivities
