Role and Responsibilities:

Understand business workflow & requirement to translate it to learning and audit needs Create a learning strategy based on what the company’s goals are. Each employee needs to be assessed as to their roles within the organization and how best to strengthen their skill sets to meet these outlined goals. Steer the learning of the organization in the same direction as the overall goals of the corporation. Develop the employees and the company as a whole. Stay on top of trends within the industry in terms of , training design, technological advancements, and best practices Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency Maintain operational management, and professional relationships with business heads Ensure that learning & audit objectives are translating into business metrics Establish curriculums, supervise content creation Promote digital learning: , , Social learning, , Gamification, Proclivity towards learning  Manage a team of 12 trainers, 1 AM, 30 QAs, 2QCs, 3 TLs, 1 OA, and 1 BA Keep the team motivated and hire the right people to strengthen the team

Qualifications & Skills:

MBA from Tier I should have worked in sales/operations/consulting Overall experience of minimum 5 years post MBA Able to juggle multiple demands and manage virtual teams Service-orientated and a critical thinker; strong communication skills; excellent writer Data driven, systems thinker who can generate and execute ideas at strategic and tactical levels, comfortable managing complex projects Thrives in a fast‐paced environment, integrating disparate activities, new technologies, and agendas while adhering to deadlines and budgets An ability to plot a learning course for a multicultural, multilingual, multinational, multigenerational staff Emotional intelligence, your ability to empathize and handle interpersonal relationships adapt to change quickly, make quick decisions that are aligned with the company’s mission Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand the big picture
