Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and execute test cases for new and existing features manually and using automation scripts.
  2. Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
  3. Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
  4. Work closely with developers and product managers to understand their requirements and ensure the quality of the product.
  5. Identify, document, and track bugs using tools JIRA.
  6. Contribute to test planning, test design, and test execution activities, and assist in creating and maintaining test data sets for various testing scenarios.
  7. Proactively learn and apply performance testing concepts and assist in performance testing using the tools LoadRunner.
  8. Exposure to writing and maintaining automated test scripts using Java-based frameworks in Selenium.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. 2–3 years of experience in software testing manual.
  2. Experience with manual testing and test case creation
  3. Good to have automation tools like Selenium WebDriver.
  4. Familiarity with testing frameworks like TestNG or JUnit.
  5. Experience in web services and API testing.
  6. Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  9. Proactive and eager to learn new technologies and concepts, especially in performance testing

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium).
  2. Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g. LoadRunner).
  3. Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Gitlab.
  4. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  5. Willingness to learn and grow in performance testing and other QA domains.
  6. Knowledge of web services and API testing.

Total Experience Expected: 02-04 years
