Job Title: Senior QA Engineer – Automation & Manual Testing Experience: 7+ Years Location: Noida (Work From Office) Engagement Type: C2C / C2H Time Zone: IST Joining: Immediate Compensation: ₹1.50 Lakh Per Month Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in both manual and automation testing . The ideal candidate should have over 7 years of experience in the QA domain, with hands-on knowledge of Playwright , Selenium , and JavaScript . This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida , requiring immediate availability. The candidate must have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with onshore stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable automated test scripts using Playwright and Selenium . Perform manual testing to validate new features, bug fixes, and regression areas. Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Identify, document, and track defects through resolution. Participate in daily stand-ups and interact regularly with onshore teams to provide updates and gather requirements. Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and ensure consistent execution in CI/CD environments. Provide quality assurance feedback throughout the software development lifecycle. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of experience in QA, with strong proficiency in both manual and automation testing . Hands-on experience with Playwright and Selenium . Proficiency in JavaScript for writing automation test cases. Solid understanding of testing methodologies, QA processes, and best practices. Experience working in agile environments and using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar. Excellent verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to interact confidently with onshore stakeholders . Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in IST time zone and from Noida office (WFO).
