Job Description :


We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO Consultant with expertise in Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and a proven track record of 5-8 years in implementing and supporting SAP FICO modules.


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring and customizing SAP FICO solutions to meet business requirements, with a focus on integrating FSCM functionalities.


Responsibilities :


- Implement, customize, and maintain SAP FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO), and Profitability Analysis (PA).


- Configure and optimize Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) functionalities such as Credit Management, Dispute Management, and Collections Management.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO/FSCM solutions.


- Design and implement integration solutions between SAP FICO and other SAP modules or external systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.


- Develop and maintain detailed documentation including functional specifications, technical specifications, test plans, and user manuals.


- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO and FSCM modules, addressing user issues and system enhancements.


- Conduct end-user training sessions and workshops to ensure effective utilization of SAP FICO and FSCM functionalities.


- Stay updated with SAP releases, patches, and best practices, and recommend upgrades or enhancements to improve system performance and functionality.


- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the finance function


Skills and Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or related field.


- 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP FICO modules.


- Strong understanding of Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) concepts and experience in implementing FSCM functionalities.


- Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP FICO functionalities such as GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, and PA.


- Experience with SAP DMEE (Data Medium Exchange Engine) for electronic bank statement (EBS) processing and payment medium workbench.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose innovative solutions.


- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


- SAP certification in FICO or FSCM is preferred.


- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
