About the job


Join our technical team where we specialize in building SwiftCheckIn, a product that can revolutionise the cost management and safety of construction sites. We're searching for a Full-Stack engineer who is passionate about technology and is known for their ability to craft innovative solutions to complex problems. Team collaboration is the core philosophy of our company; we develop as a team, conduct multiple code reviews, and place a strong emphasis on code quality. We're in search of exceptional engineer who are adept at tackling challenges and delivering solutions that are both scalable and maintaine the safety of construction sites. We're searching for a Full-Stack engineer who is passionate about technology and is known for their ability to craft innovative solutions to complex problems.


Roles & Responsibilities


Identify and implement best coding practices.

Strong knowledge in converting business requirements into sprint tickets.

Manage team meetings and report to the business.

Lead or participate in other technical and business duties.

Understanding of third party libraries and experience in integrating those libraries.

Ensure high code quality, security, and scalability of our application, improve delivery processes and infrastructure.

Lead a team of developers in the successful execution of a client engagement.

Willingness to study new technologies as product development progresses.

Deep understanding of technologies and architecture internally.

Deep understanding & expertise of how technological integration works.

Experience writing JavaScript that is maintainable, object-oriented and sensitive to different browser technologies


Requirements


Strong experience in front-end technologies, preferably Vuejs and React.

Reasonable understanding of Backend API integration.

Experience with front-end build tools: Webpack, Grunt, Gulp, and Rollup

Develop front-end code based on wireframes, visual designs, and UX specifications.

Expertise in DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Github actions and cloud services such as AWS.

A deep understanding of REST and API design

Development experience with different browser technologies and mobile environments

Experience in reviewing code and suggesting changes with feedback.

Experience hiring and growing a software team, and scaling the organization. Start-up experience will be highly preferred

Ability and willingness to handle multiple projects at a time.

Knowledge of agile project execution (JIRA) and articulate complex requirements.

Experience implementing 3rd-party tools and libraries where appropriate.
