Job Summary:
As an Engagement Principal GenAI, you will lead end-to-end Gen AI-driven solution development, engaging with CXO-level stakeholders, understanding business requirements, and translating them into actionable Gen AI strategies. You will leverage your expertise in Generative AI to architect transformative solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and foster innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Requirement Gathering:
• Engage with clients to identify, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to understand pain points, business goals, and technical needs.
CXO-Level Engagement:
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior leadership.
• Present strategic insights, Gen AI roadmaps, and business cases that align with clients’ overarching goals.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Solution Development & Implementation:
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of GenAI projects, from ideation to deployment.
• Design, develop, and implement Gen AI-powered solutions tailored to the industry.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry standards and best practices.
Thought Leadership & Strategy:
• Stay ahead of the latest advancements in Generative AI and their applications.
• Drive innovation by proposing new Gen AI initiatives and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Represent HCLTech at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other teams to ensure cohesive and integrated solutions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications:
Experience:
• Minimum of 10-15+ years with at least 5 years in AI/ML or data-driven transformation roles.
• Proven experience leading discussions with CXO-level stakeholders and driving strategic initiatives.
• Track record of delivering successful AI solutions with measurable business impact.
Technical Expertise:
• Deep understanding of Generative AI technologies, frameworks, and their practical applications.
• Familiarity with AI tools, platforms, and data processing methods.
• Experience with large-scale data analysis, predictive modeling, and process optimization.
Skills:
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead and manage complex projects, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
Education:
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
