Job Description
Works with clients to identify business challenges and solutions.
Conducts market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Develops and leads (operations, human resources, marketing, accounting, technological) projects for clients.
Reviews and analyzes company information, including (human resources data, financial statements, marketing plans, and technological data) to plan projects.
Develops strong client relationships across departments and seniority levels, from executives to entry-level employees.
Knows how to use popular tools, including project management software, customer relationship management software (CRM), proposal software, and presentation tools.
Writes and presents business proposals to secure new clients.
Technical Knowledge: Specializing in any technology – understanding of architecture, assessment methodologies
Domain Knowledge: 2-3 years experience working on any domain – preferably financial services
Data analysis
Gather and analyze data using research methodologies, analytics, and statistical techniques. This may include identifying patterns and trends, and developing data models using tools like SAS, SQL, Python, and Tableau.
Reporting
Prepare reports, specifications, instructions, and flowcharts to summarize operational results for stakeholders. They may also submit reports to management and department heads.
Collaboration
Work with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies for improvement. They may also serve as a liaison between staff and management.
Client relations
Research clients and their position within an industry, and develop strong client relationships across departments and seniority levels.
Project management
Develop and lead projects for clients, such as in operations, human resources, marketing, accounting, or technology. They may also use project management software and other tools.
