Role & responsibilities

  • Coordinated with Business stakeholders, Business users across different departments & gathered business requirements, created, maintained documentation.
  • Created Business Requirement Document (BRD), Solution documents like Functional Requirement Document (FRD), Change Request (CR) & took the sign off on these documents from Business teams.
  • Collaborated with UI designers for getting the final prototypes for all features & taking an acceptance from business teams on prototypes before proceeding for development stage.
  • Gave walk-through of these documents to technical teams before implementation stage.
  • Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders across business and IT.
  • Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions.
  • Prepare and maintain BRDs, FSDs, PMDs, and user stories.
  • Liaise with vendors for solution design and gap analysis.
  • Own the change management process for enhancements and new implementations.
  • Drive UAT planning, execution, and sign-off with business teams.
  • Act as BA Lead for new system rollouts, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
