Experience: 4 - 6 Years
Job Profile:
Deep dive into client needs and go beyond the initial client brief to uncover underlying business challenges, pain points, and long-term.
Data Analysis and understanding of the specific data requirements, including data sources, formats, and frequency of updates. A deep understanding of the mining domain can be a significant advantage.
Engage with client to understand their objectives, processes, and data needs.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for data solutions.
Act as a bridge between client and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding.
Work with development teams to design, implement, and maintain data, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Provide training and support to end-users on how to use data tools and interpret data insights.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders effectively
Through knowledge of dashboards, visualizations, and reporting tools while demonstrating the client
Candidate Profile:
Should be able to define and document business and functional requirements, business process map flows and diagrams
Should be able to research, classify, and prioritize business, user and functional requirements
Should be able to estimate work effort at project initiation stage
Should be able to estimate project milestones for business analysis/development
Candidates with knowledge in technology such as R, Python, Scala, SAS, Tableau, Power BI etc will be preferred
