Rean is expanding its team and inviting passionate & growth-orientated professionals for the position of Purchase Executive across Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Job Overview:

We are looking for Purchase Executive who will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services required by the company. This role involves identifying suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring that products meet the required quality standards. The Purchase Executive will work closely with various departments to maintain the flow of materials and products needed for day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase orders and monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand product or material requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Track and manage the entire procurement process from order placement to delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and prices with suppliers to ensure favourable agreements.
  • Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and explore new supplier options.
  • Maintain accurate records of all purchases, including purchase orders, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Keep track of inventory levels and order history for cost analysis.
  • Work to find cost-effective purchasing solutions while maintaining quality and meeting operational needs.
  • Assist in budget planning and cost forecasting for procurement activities
  • Monitor market trends to identify potential savings opportunities.
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve quality issues, defects, or discrepancies in deliveries.
  • Prepare procurement reports for management, tracking spending, supplier performance, and stock levels.
  • Reconcile discrepancies in vendor invoices and resolve any payment-related issues.
  • Assist in negotiating and drafting purchase agreements in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.

Skills:

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software (ERP systems).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
