We are looking for a Strategic product engineeringprofessional whose job is to help oversee and coordinate thevarious projects and other strategic initiatives across theorganization.

Work Location Chennai(Preferred) Experience 18 years

Youwill be responsible for leading a team of skilled engineers andoverseeing the end toend development and enhancement of ourproducts using Microsoft tech stack Java DevOps Cloud engineering.Your leadership and technical expertise will be pivotal in drivinginnovation scalability and the successful delivery of highqualitysoftware solutions.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance andtechnical leadership to the Product Engineering team in leveraging.NET technologies Java DevOps and Cloud Engineering for productdevelopment.
  • Oversee the complete productdevelopment lifecycle from requirements gathering to design codingtesting deployment and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define productfeatures and functionality.
  • Enforce codingstandards best practices and ensure the use of modern developmentmethodologies.
  • Develop and execute acomprehensive delivery strategy aligned with the companys goals andobjectives.
  • Define delivery processesmethodologies and standards for consistent projectexecution.
  • Build and maintain strong clientrelationships by understanding their needs providing regularupdates and ensuring a high level of clientsatisfaction.
  • Lead the presales team incrafting compelling pitches proposals and presentations thatshowcase our solutions and value proposition.
  • Provide guidance and support to presales professionals inclient engagements.
  • Collaborate with ProductManagement Design Quality Assurance and other stakeholders to aligntechnical solutions with business goals.
  • Develop and implement effective talent strategies (withTA team) to attract a diverse pool of top talent and collaboratewith HR (TM & TE) and hiring managers to ensure we have theright Talent in place.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in computerscience Or Engineering (masters degree preferred).
  • Indepth knowledge of Microsoft tech stack and bestpractices.
  • Strong problemsolving skills andthe ability to lead complex technical projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOpspractices.
  • Proficiency in other relevant technologies such as cloudplatforms (e.g. Azure) front end frameworks anddatabases.
  • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills.
